MINUTES OF THE FIRST MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The initial meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation was held at the office of the corporation, on (1), 19_(2)_, immediately following the initial meeting of shareholders of the Corporation.
